FOUR SIMPLE STEPS
If you are visiting Gateway for the first time or are wanting to know more information about our church, please visit our ‘Connect Corner’, where our volunteers would love to speak with you.
You will be issued with a Gateway Visitor Pack, which has all the information about Gateway including:
- Church Services;
- Midweek Services;
- Discover Gateway;
- Our various ministries;
- … and much more.
Wanting to become an active member of Gateway, or simply to find out more about the church and our vision? ‘Discover Gateway’ is a friendly, informal evening (about 2 hours), which we ask all our potential members to attend. The connect team will let you know about all that Gateway has to offer its active members, and also what members can do to support Gateway and its vision. To start this exciting journey, ensure you visit our Connect Team and they will begin to organise this for you, by taking your details for our database. You can also sign up below to join a Discover Gateway session.
Those who complete the Discover Gateway classes and would like to become active members of Gateway, will be invited to one of our ‘Into Gateway’ events. Here we will meet with some of the church leadership and staff, share some food and fellowship before we officially recognise you as active members during a membership Sunday Service.
‘Membership Sunday’ is our special service where we formally recognise all those who have made the decision (during their Discover Gateway journey) to make Gateway Christian Centre their home church.
They are invited to the front of the church to receive prayer from the Senior Pastors and Eldership team and are formally welcomed into the Gateway family with the support of the whole congregation.
